Nayantara is one of the leading actress in Telugu, Tamil, and Kannada and Malayalam film industry. She performed several famous stars of south India. She also well known in model, she appeared in numerous T V ads.

Early family life.

Nayantara was born on November 18, 1984 in Bangalore, Karnataka to a Malayali Family. Her father Kurian Kodiyattu was an Indian Air Force official and her mother Omana Kurian is hose wife.

·       Nayantara birth name was Diana Mariam Kurian.

She studied in various parts of India, mainly in Chennai, Jamnagar, Gujarat and Delhi. After her father retirement, they settled in Kerala and she completed her Higher Secondary School at Balikamadom Girls Higher Secondary School and then she attended Marthoma College for her bachelor's degree in English Literature.

Career.

Nayantara entered the film industry in the 2003 through Malayalam film Manassinakkare along side Jayaram. Her acting talent was appreciated by the Malayali audience. The huge commercial success of 'Manassinakkare' helped her career in a big way.

Then came her second film, she co-starred alongside Mohanlal in Natturajavu and in Fazil's Vismayathumbathu. She was also cast with Mammootty in Thaskaraveeran and Raapakal.

In 2005, she appeared with Sarath Kumar in Hari's Ayya, debuting in the Tamil film industry, and followed it up with blockbuster film Chandramukhi. The comedy horror film, in which she starred alongside superstar Rajinikanth, it became one of the most successful Tamil box office.

Later that year she appeared I several films which was moderate success including Ghajini, Lakshmi, Boss and  Billa.

In 2008 she had five releases, which they are Yaaradi Nee Mohini, Sathyam, Kuselan, Villu and Aadhavan. Among this  Yaaradi Nee Mohini was one of the highest grossing of the year. Also receiving seven nominations at the 56th Filmfare Awards South, including a Best Actress nomination for Nayantara for her portrayal of Keerthi.

In the year of 2010 she appeared  leading role Bodyguard, Adurs, Simha, Boss Engira Bhaskaran.

She also performed Major role in Kannada film Super alongside Upendra in the year of 2010. This movie also highest grossing in Kannada film industry of the year.

She also performed in Shyamaprasad's critically acclaimed Malayali movie Elektra. Her performance was appreciated while it was screening at the International Film Festival of India and Dubai International Film Festival.

Her performance and dancing skills has won a lot of hearts and career wise she is riding high in south Indian films.
