            Ananya  is an Indian actress and top actress in Malayalam, her original name is Ayilya Nair and she is a daughter of producer Gopalakrishnan Nair she entered film industry through T.V. programe telecasted in Kairali T.V. she made her debut role in Nadodikal (Tamil) opposite with Sasikumar.

        Ananya is the screen name she born on 29^th March 1987 to a noted Malayalam

film producer Gopalakrishnan Nair and mother Pratheesha.

·        She studied B.A. degree  communication in English at St. Xavier’s college Aluva ,Kerala.

        Ananya in her childwood was an archer won the state championship and she first appeared as a child artist in 1995 film Pai Brother her father was the executive producer for the film

CAREER:-

           

          TELEVISION CAREER:- Ananya during her college days represented her college in a T.V. reality show “Star Wars” also acted in T.V. programme telecasted in Kairali T.V.

          FILM CAREER:- Ananya was worked in her debut Tamil film Nadodikal she rose to fame  and appreciated with her performance it was commercially success and the film remake in Malayalam Ithu Nammude Katha.

         She acted opposite with Mohanlal in Shikkar it gave her big break she did some thrilling scene that impressed Mohanlal called her Malayalam ‘Vijayashanthi’.

         Her latest movie Kandahar featuring with Mohanlal, Amitab Bachchan and SunilShetty.

        Ananya played female lead role in Engeyum Eppodhum it received well reviews.

PERSONAL LIFE:-

             Ananya got engaged with one Trichur businessman by name Anjaneyan two weeks later the engagement was called off because Anjaneyan married person sought divorce from his first wife and in July 2012 she went and married him secretly in Tirupati and they giving T.V. interviews together.
