                                  AJAY DEVGAN.

       Ajay Devgan is an Indian actor, Producer and Director, his family are all related to the Hindi film industry in Mumbai father Veeru Devgan a stunt choreographer and  mother Veena Devgan a film producer his brother Anil director of Hindi film. Ajay Devgan is the first Bollywood actor having an aircraft for personal trips, promotions and transport to shooting locations. He made his first film debut in ‘Phool Aur Kaante’ in 1991 the film was the top box office hit of year and he was not turn back and signed for many projects.

EARLY LIFE:- Ajay Devgan was born in New Delhi on 2^nd April 1969 to Veeru and Veena Devgan a stunt choreographer and producer respectively, his born name was Vishal Devgan. Devgan family originally hailed from Punjab. He was a student of Silver Beach high school Juhu and graduated in Mithibai collegeMumbai.

 CAREER.

TELEVISION CAREER:-Ajay Devgan first acted on STAR T.V. show as a sutrdhar of Ramleela in 2012. After fame in big screen Ajay Devgan hosted fifth season of ‘Khatron ke Khiladi’ in the absence of actor Akshay Kumar and he was an anchor the Google+Hangout session with Narendra Modi, Modi answered question on strong and glorious India long cherished by Swami Vivekananda.

FILM CAREER:- In 1991 Ajay Devgan made debut role in his first film ‘Phool Aur Khante’ he acted as a son opposite to Amrish Puri the film made big box office hit of the year and won his first FilmFare debut award. His early movies like Jigar and Ek Hi Raasta are action genre. He worked with directorHarry Bhaweja movies Dilwale, Suhaag and Vijaypath are successful in 1995.Ajay Devgan won his second FilmFare best actor award  for Mahesh Bhatt’s NajYaaz and continued his success for the movei Diljale in 1997 acted as comedian in Ishq. In 1998 first time acted with Aamir Khan and super star Amitab Bachchan in Major Saab.

         He awarded National Film Award and Star Screen Award  for Best Actor for his best and acclaimed performance in Mahesh Bhatt’s Zakhm. And also acted leading role in Pyar To Hona Hi Tha one of the biggest success of the year, Again he nominated for best actor FilmFare award acting in Sanjay Leela Bansali’s Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam opposite to Salmaan Khan and Aishwarya Rai in 1999.

            Ajay Devgan acted in other two successful movie such as Hindustan ki Kasam,and Kachche Dhage, and he made debut role in Ram Gopal Varma’s Drama Company in 2002 awarded his second Star Screen Award Best Actor and also he won his Second National Film Award for Best Actor in 2004 for Rajkumar Santhosh’s The Legend Of BhagatSing.

        In 2007 Ajay Devgan played Shakespear’s Othello titled Omkara and starred in Ram Gopal Varma’s classic remake Sholay,Ram Gopal Varma Ki Aag.In 2008  Devgan’s dicrectorial debut firm U Me Aur Hum acted with wife Kajol was released and moderately success.

PERSONAL LIFE. Ajay Devgan married film actresss of Bollywood fame Kajol on 24^th February 1999. The couple has two children Nysa the daughter was born 20^th April 2003 and son Yug born on 13^th September 2010 the couple stored umbilical cord blood and tissue of their new born son’s for stemcell source to protect the child from other ailments.at the request of their family he changed the current spelling from commonly knownDevgan.
