  Sherawat is one of the leading actress in Bollywood.she is well known for modeling and boldness at screen. She is the first Indian women to get an offer to pose nude for Playboy magazine. But she rejected the offer in order to retain her market in Indian film industry.

She is from conservative family. For this reason she faced so many problems in her initial film career. Before entering film industry she appeared in T.V commercials for BPL and santro.
